Digital invoicing is standard practice

You do not need to bring paper receipts or physical folders to our office. We work entirely with digital documentation: invoices in PDF, image formats, spreadsheets, and electronic billing files.

How to submit documentation

  • Email or shared cloud storage folders organized by accounting periods.
  • Direct messaging via WhatsApp for urgent receipts or immediate questions.
  • Direct bank feed statements in Excel or standard formats for reconciliations.

Requirements for valid digital invoices

To be tax-deductible in Spain, an invoice must contain: invoice number, issue date, full fiscal details of issuer and recipient (tax ID, corporate name, address), tax rate breakdown (VAT, withholdings), and clear description of goods or services.

Digital archival and compliance

We maintain your accounting and fiscal documents digitally in compliance with Spanish Tax Agency requirements, ensuring every deduction is backed by audit-ready documentary evidence.
