Foreign property owners
You own a property in Spain and need to meet your tax obligations.
Tax & accounting
If you own property in Spain but are not tax-resident here, you must file Form 210 (Modelo 210) every year: imputed income tax if you keep the property for your own use, rental income tax if you let it, and capital gains tax when you sell. Asistenio calculates and files those returns, acts as your fiscal representative before the Agencia Tributaria and reminds you of every deadline before it falls due. This is the standard service for foreign owners on the Costa Blanca who live abroad.
We file the Modelo 210, act as your fiscal representative and explain your obligations in the language you prefer.
The service
Most of the process is managed remotely: you send the documents and we file, represent you and report the outcome.
The service
Filed Modelo 210 return, a clear summary of the year’s obligations and, if contracted, active fiscal representation before the AEAT.
Does not include lawyer litigation work or unrelated procedures (full property purchase or NIE), unless commissioned separately.
NIE or passport, cadastral reference or deed, income details (rent, sale) and, where required, powers of attorney for representation.
Number of properties and tax years, rental vs ownership only, ongoing representation and prior-year regularisation. You receive a written quote before we start.
Asistenio’s tax team (Alisa F. and Fiscal Department advisers) reviews every non-resident case.
