Notary support in Spain for English-speaking clients
Notary support means reviewing the deed before signing, checking that it matches what was agreed and explaining in your own language exactly what you are signing: a purchase deed, a power of attorney, an inheritance or a will. A Spanish notary must be satisfied that you understand the document, so an interpreter or a written translation is required if you do not speak Spanish. Asistenio prepares the paperwork beforehand, coordinates the appointment with the notary office and attends the signing with you in Benidorm and the province of Alicante.

Documents we need
The draft deed or document to be signed, identification of the parties (NIE or passport) and, for foreign documents, their sworn translation when required.
What affects the fee
The type of notarial transaction, whether you need interpretation in English or Russian during the signing, and whether coordination with the tax or real estate team is required. You receive a written quote before we start.
