Individuals
People with tax obligations in Spain, whether resident or not.
Tax & accounting
A tax advisor in Spain helps individuals, self-employed autonomos and companies meet their obligations with the Agencia Tributaria: the annual IRPF income tax return, quarterly VAT and payments on account, the Modelo 210 filed by non-residents, and fiscal representation. Asistenio works out which taxes actually apply to you — as a resident or a non-resident — and files them on time. We advise in English, Spanish and Russian from our office in Benidorm and remotely across Spain.
Clear criteria, deadlines under control and an explanation you can actually follow.
The service
We adapt the scope to your situation: from a one-off consultation to continuous tax advice for your business.
The service
Tax returns filed on time, a clear calendar of your upcoming obligations and a direct answer from your adviser whenever you have a question.
Does not include day-to-day bookkeeping (handled as a separate service, see Accounting) or litigation legal advice, unless specifically commissioned.
NIE or passport, details of your activity or income (payslips, rent, sales), bank certificates where applicable and, for freelancers and companies, your invoices or accounting records.
The number and type of returns to file, whether you are an individual, freelancer or company, the complexity of your income and whether you need ongoing fiscal representation. You receive a written quote before we start.
Asistenio's Tax Department (Alisa F. and her team) reviews every case before filing any return.
