Where we work on the Costa Blanca

Asistenio has its office in Benidorm (C. Gambo 2-B) and works with clients across the province of Alicante: Benidorm, Alicante city, Torrevieja, Calpe and Villajoyosa. In-person meetings take place at the Benidorm office and everything else is handled remotely, in English, Spanish and Russian. Each area has its own page covering the local details that affect foreign buyers and owners.

We also work outside these towns: tax, accounting and Land Registry matters are all handled online, anywhere in Spain.

What if my property is in another municipality?

That is not a problem. Filing taxes, bookkeeping, representation before the Agencia Tributaria and requesting Land Registry documents are all done online, so we work with owners and autonomos throughout Spain, not only in the province of Alicante.

These area pages exist because some procedures really do depend on the municipality — habitation certificates, licences, padron registration — and because the type of property and of buyer varies a great deal from one town to the next. If yours is not on the list, tell us where it is and we will explain what changes in your case.
